Frédéric Kiefer (French 1894-1977), a stoneware high-fired vase c.1930, impressed potters mark F Kiefer, and impressed number 530 Of baluster form with slightly lobed sides, covered with a variegated sang de boeuf glaze with turquoise spots 23.5 cm high Some grinding to the edge of the foot where the glaze probably pooled - probably from the pottery. Light natural wear.
