Emilie Sievert Weinberg (1882 - 1958) oil painting on wood of Oakland Shipyard 1918. Weinberg studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and moved to San Francisco in 1913. Also studied with William Merritt Chase in New York and developed this distinctive style. 16"h x 20"w.
