Attributed to Arnold Boonen, Dutch, 1669-1729, Portrait of a Noble Woman in a Deep Blue Velvet Cloak; oil on canvas, oval shape, in a heavy carved giltwood oval frame with lightly worn inscription at bottom inside rim, "Mignard (Pierre) 1695. PLEASE NOTE: we have been contacted by Jan Six, the author of a upcoming catalogue raisonne for Arnold Boonen who believes the painting to be by Boonen versus the previous attribution.
