HENDRICK GOUDT (after Elsheimer) Tobias and the Angel. Etching and engraving, 1613. 255x270 mm; 10x10 3/4 inches. With thread margins or trimmed on the plate mark. A brilliant, luminous, richly-inked impression with no sign of wear and with very strong contrasts. Bartsch 2; Hollstein 2. With--WENZEL HOLLAR. Tobias and the Angel, etching, circa 1640-50. 127x182 mm; 5x7 1/4 inches. Foolscap watermark. Parthey 75.
