Bernhard Heisig (1925–2011) was a German painter and graphic artist closely associated in secondary literature with the Leipzig School and the visual culture of East Germany. He also served for many years as director of the Leipzig Academy. His practice ranged from painting and drawing to lithography and book illustration.
