Hiroyuki Tajima (1911–1984) was a Japanese printmaker associated with the sōsaku-hanga tradition and postwar abstract art. Born in Tokyo, he studied at Nihon University and later completed training in Western-style painting at the Tokyo School of Fine Arts. His broader artistic education also included textile dyeing and printmaking. After the Second World War, Tajima joined the Bijutsu Bunka Kyōkai, a group concerned with reviving abstract and Surrealist experimentation, and made his first documented print in 1946.
